THE OPPORTUNITY
Ti3 provides an incubator for just such ideas, inventions, and product innovations. By aligning with the business departments of local colleges and universities, we are creating an intern program that allows future entrepreneurs the opportunity to join a team of like-minded students that will be targeted and directed to research, develop, and launch a business.

Each development team will be comprised of 5-6 individuals with varied backgrounds, interests and skills. They will share the common goal of entrepreneurship and will learn the “how-to” of starting and operating a business. This team will be guided by our panel of experienced leaders, acting as project management and oversight, with a relatively short leash on how each idea progresses.
DEVELOPMENT TEAMS
Each team member will be continually evaluated as to the energy and contribution they bring to the task at hand. Those that rise to this challenge will earn an equity participation in the launch and ultimate sale of the business and/or product once it is proven and taken to market.
